This prestigious event, recognized as the world's largest invention competition, once again highlighted international innovation, creativity, and technical excellence.
This silver medal recognizes Lionel Blégean's 25 years of work, passion, and dedication to designing a game that pushes the boundaries of traditional chess. Évolutio.1999 captivated the jury with its modular 192-square board, its 3 central rotating wheels, and its unique strategic mechanisms, allowing for dynamic and interactive games for 2 to 4 players.
The Geneva Competition provided exceptional visibility for the game, attracting the attention of inventors, scientists, and enthusiasts from around the world. The enthusiastic feedback from visitors and experts confirmed the revolutionary potential of Évolutio.1999 to redefine the experience of strategy games.

Has also attracted the attention of renowned academic institutions. Among them, two prestigious establishments came to meet me to discuss the educational and innovative potential of the game: Lingnan University of Hong Kong and Baptist University Affiliated School.
These rich and inspiring exchanges highlighted the growing interest of academic circles in Évolutio.1999, perceived as an innovative educational tool capable of stimulating strategic thinking, creativity, and cognitive skills in players of all ages.
